MCP call tool

Tag 5: the client sends the params of the MCP method `tools/call`; the server makes the exchange of the container’s own MCP server and answers with exactly one channel response, the result or the MCP error, and the channel response finish.

The client opens this channel for one tool of the MCP server of the container, called. The server makes the exchange of the container’s MCP server and answers with its result.

• The request. The tag byte 5 followed by the params of the MCP method tools/call as JSON. Request states its form.
• The response. Exactly one channel response, the result or an error, and the channel response finish. Response states the sequence.
• The client of the container. A container whose MCP server cannot be reached is answered by the error. The error an MCP server states is sent as itself, its code included.
